1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tbplus", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the tbplus online gaming platform operating at tbplus.net, regulated by PAGCOR.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses a tbplus account.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the tbplus platform.
• "Platform" — the tbplus website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at tbplus.net.
• "Balance" — the real-money PHP funds held in a Player's tbplus Account, comprising deposits and winnings net of withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by tbplus that are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the tbplus registration process, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you acknowledge that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
2. You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform;
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
4. All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tbplus regarding your use of the Platform.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain a tbplus Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine laws governing gambling activities;
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform;
• You are not listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register or self-exclusion list;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of tbplus or its affiliated companies;
• You do not already hold another active tbplus Account (duplicate accounts are prohibited);
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative for any third party;
• The use of online gaming services is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the tbplus Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. To update your registered information, contact tbplus support.

Upon successful registration, tbplus will assign you an Account which is personal to you and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying tbplus immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

tbplus reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tbplus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tbplus does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

Deposits: Funds may be deposited using the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. tbplus does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Completion of identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of tbplus;
• Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds;
• Anti-money laundering screening as required under Philippine law;
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds as published on the Platform.

Processing times range from same-day to five (5) business days depending on the selected withdrawal method and verification status of your Account. tbplus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tbplus may offer various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback incentives, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all tbplus promotions:

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before any winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is triggered;
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game type are published in the relevant promotion terms;
• Bonuses have an expiry date; any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry;
• tbplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one bonus per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method may be claimed unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through collusion, multiple accounts, or systematic abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all related funds.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the tbplus Platform is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any real-money wager.

All games on the tbplus Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers under camera surveillance. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or system preference.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session:

• If the game round was completed and the outcome recorded, the result stands;
• If the game round was interrupted before an outcome was recorded, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your Account;
• tbplus is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

tbplus reserves the right to void any game result or wager where there is evidence of software or hardware error, data corruption, or any other technical fault that could have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbplus Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including under different names or identities;
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or fraud to fund an Account;
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings derived from known exploits will be voided;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tbplus staff, support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the tbplus Platform, software, or content.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tbplus Platform — including but not limited to the tbplus name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, animations, audio, software, database structure, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tbplus or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Create derivative works based on tbplus content;
• Use tbplus branding, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform through automated means.

Any unauthorised use of tbplus intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tbplus shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from technical failures, internet disruption, or force majeure events;
• Any action taken by PAGCOR or other regulatory bodies that results in the suspension or modification of services;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any delay in processing transactions beyond tbplus's reasonable control, including delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tbplus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The tbplus Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data

tbplus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of how tbplus handles your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering on the tbplus Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of Platform services.

tbplus may share your data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or as part of its regulatory obligations. tbplus will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

tbplus is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices for all players on the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented tools to support player wellbeing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all tbplus account holders:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits — Receive automatic reminders after specified periods of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your Account and opt out of all tbplus marketing communications.

To activate any of these tools, access the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings or contact support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tbplus reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the tbplus Platform. Where changes are material, tbplus will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the tbplus Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting tbplus support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and all relevant PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the tbplus Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through tbplus's internal complaints procedure by contacting support. tbplus will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days and aim to provide a full response within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to the appropriate PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism or, where applicable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any unresolved dispute.
